1. Undo the screw (1).
2. Slide the blade into the blade holder as far as the
stop (2).
3. Re-tighten the screw (1) to stabilize the blade.
Safety lock-off
The battery-operated multi-saw has a safety lock-off
device to prevent the saw from being switched on
accidentally.
To start the multi-saw, release the safety lock-off (1)
by pushing it backwards and then press the ON
switch (2).
Sawing
Press the stop rest (3) of the battery-powered multi-
saw against the branch you want to cut. The stop
rest is designed to help you produce safe and clean
cuts. You can now cut off the branch with ease by
simply switching on the saw.
When you notice that the cutting power is
decreasing, re-charge the saw at once to prevent the
battery from discharging completely.

Important!
The switches fitted to the saw by
the manufacturer are not to be
removed or bridged, e.g. by tying down a switch
on the handle, or the saw will not switch off
automatically and there will be a high risk of
injury.
Important!
It is imperative to wear safety gloves, goggles, a
helmet and protective clothing!

6. Cleaning and maintenance

To prolong the useful life of your battery-powered
multi-saw you should always clean it thoroughly after
use.
Important!
Never clean with running water,
and certainly not under high
pressure. Risk of injury to persons
and damage to property.
Keep the multi-saw in a dry and frost-proof place.
Choose a place that children are unable to enter.

7. Ordering replacement parts

When ordering replacement parts, please quote the
following data:
1. Type of product
2. Article No.
3. Ident. No.
4. Number of the required replacement part
We draw express attention to the fact that we are not
responsible within the meaning of the Product
Liability Law for any damaged caused by our
products if said damage results from incorrect repair
or the use of replacement parts which are not original
Einhell parts or parts approved by us and the repair
is not carried out by the ISC Customer Service
Centre.
