Inserting batteries into the remote control

Switching the appliance ON and OFF

Open the cover of the battery compartment on the rear of the

remote control .
Place the two AA batteries supplied into the battery compart-
‹
ment, observing the correct polarity .
Replace the cover on the battery compartment again .

NOTE
► Change the batteries when the range of the remote control
decreases or if the media player no longer reacts to all the com-
mands .
Switching on
After connecting the cable to the DC IN jack and pressing the ON/OFF
button on the front of the appliance, the main menu appears on the
screen and the indicator lamp lights up blue .
NOTE
► Alternatively you can also press the
ton on the remote control to switch on the appliance .
Switching off
After pressing the ON/OFF button on the front of the appliance, the
appliance switches to standby mode and the indicator lamp lights up
red .
NOTE
► Alternatively you can also press the
ton on the remote control to switch the appliance to standby
mode .
► To switch off the appliance completely, pull the mains plug of
the AC adapter out of the plug socket .
