the Silvercrest fitness wristband "SAS 87" to objectively evaluate and to
record your daily exercise activities. It can also motivate you to do more
exercise in your daily life. The fitness wristband also has an optical sensor
to measure your pulse. You can use it to measure the pulse in your wrist
in real time. Using the free "HealthForYou" app, your exercise activities
are transferred easily from your fitness wristband to your smartphone. In
this way, you can look at your records clearly and easily at any time on
your smartphone. Via live-tracking, you can also transfer the records of
your pulse to apps provided by third parties such as for example the Run-
tastic app, or similar sport apps. The only prerequisite for this is that the
