Heating the curling iron
1. Plug the power cord into the power outlet.
2. Turn the on/off switch to "1" or "2". (The power indication
becomes red.)
Allow approx. 1 minute for the curling iron to heat.
Select "1" for a low temperature to make soft curls. Select "2"
for a high temperature to make tight curls.
Invisible negative ions are released.
Instructions for use the hair band
The barrel and press plate are extremely hot and will burn you if
they touch the skin. Always wear the hair band provided when
using the appliance.

1. Place the hair band around your shoulders. (Position so that the
large piece of hook-and-loop tape  can be seen hanging from
your left shoulder.)
2. Use hairpins  to hold your bangs up, and then attach the
hook-and-loop tape so that your neck, ears and forehead are
covered by the hair band.
3. Remove hairpins.
