 Do not use the unit until the dust bag resp. the foam filter is
inserted.
 Unplug the unit while it is not in use. Do not use the vacuum
cleaner outdoors. Do not handle the unit or plug with wet hands.
 Use the vacuum cleaner only as described in this manual. Use
only attachments and accessories recommended by the manu-
facturer.
 Before sucking liquids, remove the dust bag!
 Do not use the vacuum cleaner if the power cord has been
damaged. Do not use the unit, if it has been dropped, damaged
or the motor unit gotten wet.
 Do not pull the power cord to unplug, but grasp the plug to
remove from the wall outlet. Do not close cord in doors or pull
cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not pinch or crimp the
power cord in any way. Keep the power cord away from hot
surfaces. Make sure that the cord does not become a tripping
hazard.
 Do not block the suction tube. Keep it free of dust, lint, hair, and
anything else that might block airflow. Keep hair, loose clothing,
fingers and other body parts out of openings and away from
moving parts.
 This unit is for domestic use only. Do not suck if the suction
openings are blocked, in order not to overheat the motor.
 The unit is designed for operation in altitudes of up to 2000 m
above sea level.
 The unit does not contain any parts serviceable by you. Do not
disassemble it and do not try to repair it yourself. Contact our
customer support service.
