 Disconnect the plug from the socket once the time has elapsed.
 Remove the cover with the motor block and stirrer.
 Tilt the housing to an angle of 45° and use the supplied dough spatula to re-
move the ice cream from the aluminium bowl.
 Wait until the ice cream maker has reached room temperature before using it
again.
ATTENTION!
Possible damage to the appliance!
Damage to the appliance caused by improper handling.
Do not store finished ice cream in the aluminium bowl under any cir-
cumstances. Use a suitable deep freeze container.
 After preparing ice cream, carefully clean the parts of the appliance (aluminium
bowl, cover, splash guard lid and stirrer) as described on pPage 30.

Preparation
Mix together the milk, cream, vanilla extract and
sugar. Stir the ingredients and pour them into
the ice cream maker.
Press the ice cream or soft ice cream button.
Vanilla ice cream is the ideal base for a wide
range of different flavours. Flavour your vanil-
la ice cream according to your taste, e.g. with
chocolate curls or ground nuts. Do not add the
additional ingredients until the ice cream in the
machine is almost ready.
A beep will sound as soon as the ice cream is fin-
ished.
Chop up the chocolate with a knife or a suitable
hand blender. Heat the milk until bubbles start
to form around the edge.
Mix together the milk, chocolate and sugar. Stir
the ingredients until they form a homogeneous
mixture and then allow it to cool down. Stir in
the cream and pour the mix into the ice cream
maker.
Press the ice cream or soft ice cream button.
A beep will sound as soon as the ice cream is fin-
ished.
