3. To use the long hair trimmer (10) push the fold-up mechanism
(11) forward. The long hair trimmer snaps out of the unit and is
ready to use. Turn on the shaver as usual. The long hair trimmer
now starts up.
4. Do not use the rechargeable shaver for wet shaving. The unit is
only designed for dry shaving.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. When you do not use the shaver, protect the foil from damage
with the included protection cap (12).
2. Pull the power cord from the unit and unplug from the wall socket
before cleaning the rechargeable shaver.
3. Preferably clean the rechargeable shaver after each use by
removing the shaving foil fence. To do so, press both releasing
buttons (3) simultaneously and pull the fence off the shaver.
Blow or tap down the fence in order to clean the foil, or use the
included cleaning brush.
4. Wipe the housing of the shaver with a lightly moistened cloth
only. Never immerse the rechargeable shaver in water.

Replacing the Shaving Blades

1. When the shaving blades become severely worn out, they
should be replaced.
2. Press both releasing buttons (3) simultaneously inwards and pull
out the fence from the housing. Grasp the shaving blades from
the side with thumb and forefinger and pull out.
3. Insert the new shaving blades into the collet and gently press
down the pin until it audibly snaps in.
4. Place the shaving foil fence back until the fence snaps in place.
