Instructions for Use
CARE OF KNIVES
With proper care this knife will last a lifetime.
While corrosion resistant, this knife is not stainless; it should be cleaned
immediately after use and thoroughly dried before storing.
Do not allow acid foods (fruit juice, mustard, ketchup, etc) to remain on the blade
after use as these might cause some tarnishing. Should the blade show some
signs of staining, use mild a non-abrasive metal polish for cleaning.
Do not put this knife in the dishwasher as this may cause it to hit other cutlery or
pots and become damaged. Also, high heat and detergent may damage the
handle over time.
Wipe the knife clean in your sink with a wet cloth and dish washing detergent. Dry
immediately. Dry from the back of the knife to the edge.
Do not cut against bone with this knife. Do not use the knife for poking, prying,
separating or cutting semi-frozen or frozen foods.
Never abuse the knife as a screwdriver or can opener. This is not the designed
purpose and may result in bending or breaking the blade or edge of the knife.
Do not use hard glass or ceramic cutting boards, cutting boards made from
quality polyethylene plastic, or preferably wood, should be used.
Do not sharpen this knife with an automated sharpening device, use a classic
diamond- or whetstone and follow the instructions of the stone manufacturer.
