Inserting Nails

1. Unplug the power cord before inserting
nails into the electric stapler.
2. Turn the unit upside down.
3. Press the lever (6) in direction of the
magazine slider (7) and pull out the
magazine slider
4. Tilt the device and insert a strip of nails
into the magazine. Pay attention to insert
it in such a way that the nail strip rests
against the left side of the magazine
(seen from above) which corresponds to
the nail symbol printed on the housing of
the tool (see image b). The heads of the
nails face into the tool.
5. Push in the magazine slider as far as it
will go until the lever (6) audibly snaps in.

Using

The tool is equipped with a safeguard against accidental release. It can only
be triggered if the tool head (9) is pressed onto the workpiece which releases
the trigger lock and when the power switch (4) has been switched on.
1. Load the tool with staples resp. nails.
2. Connect the power plug to a socket.
3. Switch on the unit. Set the power switch (4) to position I.
4. With the thumbwheel for hammer-force preselection (5), it is possible to
preselect the required hammer force in steps. The required hammer force
depends on the length of the staples resp. nails, and on the strength of the
material. The optimal hammer-force setting is best determined through
practical testing.
5. Set the tool head firmly on the work piece. The trigger lock (9) is released
and the unit can be triggered. If necessary use your second hand to press
the machine head (1).
6. Pull the trigger (2). The staple or nail is driven into the work piece.
Avoid blank shots in order to reduce the wear of the tool.
7. Switch off the unit. Set the power switch to position o and pull the power
plug.
