2. Intended use

This 2.4 GHz Wireless Surveillance Kit is intended for video and audio surveillance
of premises. The system serves to monitor and secure secluded and/or critical are-
as (e.g. surveillance of a store, entrances, etc.).
Radio communication is digital and tap-proof thanks to the integrated intelligent
frequency-hopping technology. The range in free-field conditions can reach up to
200 m.
Digital transmission technology ensures interference-free transmission with a high
image quality.
The receiver is equipped with a 3.5" LCD display to show the camera feed. Thanks
to the display, operation is comfortable and user-friendly.
Please note that you incur a penalty if you observe strangers with this camera wit-
hout their knowing and consent. Image and sound transmission to the receiver is
wireless at a frequency of 2.4 GHz (Gigahertz).
The receiver/monitor as well as the camera have built-in rechargeable batteries and
can therefore be used independently.
Power (5 V/DC, 1000 mA) is supplied to the camera and the receiver via the provi-
ded wall power supplies.
The provided receiver, camera and wall power supplies are intended for dry indoor
use only.
The infrared LEDs integrated in the camera allow for vision at night. Keep in mind
that the colour image becomes a black/white image when darkness falls and the IR-
LEDs are activated. The camera detects the brightness with a photo sensor situated
in the front.
The use other than that described above damages the product and involves the risk
of short-circuits, fire, electric shock, etc. No part of the product must be modified or
rebuilt and the housing must not be opened.
The safety instructions must be observed.
