Intended Use

The product is intended to be used for keeping foodstuffs and drinks cold or warm in the private
sector.
The product can be powered either from the 220-240V~/50Hz mains supply or from a direct cur-
rent source of 12Vdc (e.g. in vehicles). Suitable connection cables are included in the delivery.
All safety instructions and other information contained in this manual have to be strictly adhered
to; read the operating instructions carefully before connection, start-up and operation.
This product complies with the applicable National and European requirements. All names of

Safety Instructions

The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by failure to observe
these safety instructions. We do not assume any liability for any consequen-
tial damage!
We do not accept liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by
improper handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions. The war-
ranty will be void in such cases.
a) In general
• The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible
because of safety and approval reasons (CE). Never take apart the product, it
does not contain any serviceable parts.
• The product complies with the protection class II.
• Check the product for damage before entry into service (e.g. the casing or con-
nection cables). Never use the product if a part is damaged or faulty! There is a
risk of a life-threatening electric shock!
Have a specialist check the product, if you detect any damage.
• Do not leave packing materials unattended. They may become dangerous play-
things for children.
• Handle the product with care, it can be damaged by impacts, blows, or accidental
drops, even from a low height.
• If you have any questions about the use of this product, which are not answered
in these operating instructions, please contact us or another specialist.
b) Choice of location for use, transport or storage
• Only stand the product on a stable, firm and sufficiently large surface.
• Only use the product in the standing position (carrying handle points upwards).
• The product may only be used in dry indoor rooms. The exterior of the product
and the connection cables must not get damp or wet, danger of a fatal electric
shock!
• If the product is transported or used in a vehicle, it must be fixed properly, so that
it cannot start to move during changes in speed or direction.
• Do not use the product in or under water!
• The product is not a toy and must be kept out of the reach of children. Use the pro-
duct out of the reach of children.
• Never use the product in areas where, for instance, flammable fluids, gases or
dusts are present, as there is a risk of explosion!
• Never use the product in an enclosed container or cupboard that is too small.
There must be sufficient ventilation and unobstructed air circulation around the
product.
Never cover the product!

If the product is used inside a vehicle, ensure there is sufficient ventilation.
Otherwise, the inside of the vehicle may become very hot due to the hot air emit-
ted from the air opening of the mini fridge (during cooling)!
Keep a distance of at least 20 cm from the air outlet at the back to other
surfaces/objects.
• Do not expose the product to high temperatures, direct sunlight or strong vibrations.
c) Operation
• For operation, select either connection to the mains with the power cable or make
the connection using the 12V cigarette lighter cable.
Do not try to connect using both cables at the same time!
• The product must not be used for medical purposes. The product is not suitable
for commercial use.
• Do not operate the product when it is unattended. The product does not switch on
or off automatically.
• Never touch the power cable with wet or damp hands!
• Never pull on the cable when unplugging it from the socket! Always take a firm
hold of the plug and then pull it out.
• Never obstruct the fan in the product, do not insert any objects into the fan, there
is a risk of fire!
• Only foodstuffs and drinks may be cooled or warmed in the product's food com-
partment. Never place other objects or items in the food compartment!
• When used for heating, the foodstuffs/drinks in the food compartment, as well as
the inside of the compartment, becomes very hot.
When used for cooling, the back of the product, around the air outlet, becomes
very hot.
Caution, there is danger of burning!
d) Handling of foodstuffs, hygiene information
• Never place opened foodstuffs or drinks in the food compartment in the product.
Always use suitable, closed containers. Never pour water or other fluids directly
into the food compartment!
• After switching off the product, or after disconnecting it from the power supply, the
foodstuffs/drinks in the food compartment will only hold their temperature for a cer-
tain amount of time.
• During (cooling) operation of the product, condensation forms inside the food
compartment (as in a standard fridge). This is normal. As the product does not
have an automatic defrosting function, the condensation inside the food compart-
ment must be removed regularly, so it does not leak and damage the product.
• Comply with all current hygiene rules that apply to the handling of food and drink.
Never consume food or drinks that are out of date, or that are or might be spoilt or
contaminated.
• Clean the product after and before the next use very carefully (see next section e).
e) After use, storage
• Switch off the product after use, and disconnect it from the power supply (discon-
nect the mains cable or cigarette lighter cable).
• Clean the inside of the food compartment very carefully after each use to avoid the
growth of mould. Only use an suitable, clean, soft cloth for cleaning. The cloth can
be moisten with warm water; in addition, you can use a gentle detergent, which is
suitable for cleaning dishes/cutlery.
Allow the food compartment to dry thoroughly before closing the mini fridge's door
and storing the product.
• After cleaning or use, store the product in a dry, ventilated space, which is out of
the reach of children.
• After long storage, the food compartment has to be cleaned again before use!
