CONNECTION
Warning: Turn off the power and keep AC cord pulled out from the outlet when connecting the system.
Power-On
(Be sure to check the connections before you power on your system)
1. Plug the AC cord to AC socket.
2. Switch the ON/OFF POWER button at the back of the subwoofer to the position ON.
3. Press POWER button on the front panel at the DVD-player.
Power-Off
1. Press POWER button on the front panel at the DVD-player.
2. After the STAND BY indicator lights up, switch the ON/OFF POWER button at the back of the subwoofer to the
position OFF.
Usage guide
1. The "AUDIO SETUP" in DVD player should set to 5.1ch (refer page 40)
2. When set the switch to "ON" in Subwoofer top panel. That means all 2 channel disc playing (CD, VCD, MP3) have
5.1 output (all speaker with virtual sounds).
But if don't like this, set the switch to "OFF" in Subwoofer top panel. Only left; right and woofer speaker output.
When you playing the DVD disc with Dolby Digital audio out, you must set the switch to "OFF". That means you may
enjoy Dolby Digital 5.1 channel sound effect.
Remark:
Don't set the audio out to DTS in DVD player when playing the DVD movies. This unit only with Dolby Digital (AC-3) decode.
