Intended Use

The Bosch screwing system BT-EXACT/BT-ANGLE-
EXACT and EXAConnecT is intended for screwing in
and unscrewing screws as well as for tightening and
loosening nuts in the given size and torque range. It
is not intended for documenting torques or angles of
rotation of a screw connection.
The OK or NOK signal results exclusively from a shut-
off signal of the mechanical shut-off coupling, which
has to be correspondingly calibrated and which re-
quires continual rechecking. This OK or NOK signal
does not permit any conclusions to be drawn about
the screw fastener quality.
These signals can be analyzed and documented by
use of the EXAConnecT access point and its soft-
ware. Any modification of the hardware and/or soft-
ware or the connection of additional hardware funda-
mentally excludes any liability of Robert Bosch
GmbH.
