Folgende Sollwerte mussen sichergestelit
werden:
Drehmoment
Betriebsart Abspielen 35 bis 75 pcm
Betriebsart Vorlauf 60 bis 130 pcm
Betriebsart Rucklauf 60 bis 130 pcm
Dazu wird eine Drehmoment-Abstimm-
vorrichtung auf die Transportnabe des
Bandtellers gesetzt. In der jeweiligen Betriebs-
art wird die Drehmomentscheibe in
Drehrichtung bewegt, bis die Anzeige erfolgt.
(Bild 1) Selbstberstandlich gelten die Werte
auch fur eine Bandzug-MeBcassette.

Ruckholkraft
Die Ruckholkraft in den Betriebsarten
Abspielen, Vorlauf und Ruicklauf soll bei
je 0,5 bis 5pcm liegen. Der Wert gilt fur eine
Bandtellervorrichtung mit 20 mm Durch-
messer. Das Bandzahlwerk ist bei der
Messung auBer Funktion zu setzen. (Bild 3)
Aufnahme/Wiedergabe-Tonkopf
Testcassette mit 6,3kKHz oder Rauschband
einlegen. In Wiedergabefunktion die
NF-Ausgangsleistung mit der im Bild gezeigten
Azimuth-Einstellung auf maximalen Pegel
seizen. (Bild 4)
Frequenzgang
Mittels Einsteller RB 60 laBt sich der
Frequenzgang korrigieren. MeBfrequenzen
(MeBband)
1kHz und 6,3kHz. Dabei soll der
Pegel bei 125Hz zu den MeBfrequenzen nicht
kleiner als + 3dB sein.
Vormagnetisierungsfrequenz
In Tape-Funktion, den Schalter Beat Cut in
Stellung A setzen. Mittels Kern TB 01
gegebenenfalls gemaB Abbildung auf 62kHz
abgleichen. In Stellung B des Schalters
Beat Cut sollen 55kHz gegeben sein. (Bild 5)

Vormagnetisierungsstrom
In Stellung A des Schalters Beat Cut mittels
Einsteller RB 61 an MeBpunkt TP-B1 den Wert
4mV setzen. Gegebenenfalls nochmals
Vormagnetisierungsfrequenz 62kHz
korrigieren. (Bild 5)

Take care to receive the following nominal
values:
torque
type of operation: play 35 to 75 pcm
type of operation: wind 60 to 130 pcm
type of operation: rewind 60 to 130 pcm
To do this, a torque control set is to be put to
the feed hub of the reel. Within the corre-
sponding type of operation the torque disk is
moved toward the sense of rotation up to the
time of display. (figure 1). As a result the values
obtained are able to be referred to a measure
casseite as well (tension of magnetic tape).

Restoring force
For the operation types "play, wind and rewind",
the restoring force has to be comprised within
0.5 to 5 pcm in each case. The value is valid
for a reel device of 20mm of diameter. During
measuring, take care to reset to "of" the tape
footage counter. (figure 3)
Record/play sound head
Insert a test cassette with 6.3kHz or noise band.
During reproduction raise to maximum level the
LF output power by using the azimut setting
according figure. (figure 4)
Frequency response
The frequency response can be varied for
correction by means of the control element
RB 60. Measuring frequencies (measuring
band) of 1kHz and 6.3kHz. Make sure that the
level at 125Hz is not inferior to + 3dB com-
pared to the measuring frequencies.
Magnetic biasing frequency—
Within the position tape", put to A position the
swith "beat cut". Whenever necessary, use the
coil TB 01 according the figure to align to
62kHz. The value of 55kHz has to be achieved
within the position "B" of the swith 'beat cut".

Magnetic biasing current —
Set the value of 4mV at the measuring point
TP-B1 by using the control element RB 61
and within the "A" position of the swith "beat
cut". Whenever needed, realign the magnetic
biasing frequency of 62kHz. (figure 5).
