A recorded disc cannot be read
• Is the disc inserted into the disc tray with the label side facing up?
• Are you using a blank disc?
• Is the disc dirty or scratched?
• Check that the required application software is installed in the usage environment.
• Is the device installed in a flat location?
• The optical components or disc may have condensation on them. Therefore, turn the device power
off for a period of time and wait for it to fully dry before usage.

For more stable disc recording and playback
The operating temperature range for this product is +5 °C to +35 °C. However, recording and playback
at normal temperatures is recommended in order to ensure stable recording as well as playback on
various players and drives.
