Zerlegungs- und Reparaturhinweise

Ausbau des Laufwerks
Für Reparaturarbeiten
am
Laufwerk
muß dieses ausge-
baut
werden.
Hierzu
die entsprechenden
Zuleitungen
kennzeichnen
und
ablóten
(Schaltkontakte,
Tonkopf,
Lóschkopf, Magnetschalter, Motor).
Die Antriebspese zum Záhlwerk abnehmen.
Den Bowdenzug platinenseitig abnehmen.
Entsprechende
Befestigungsschrauben
entfernen,
Laufwerk herausnehmen.
und
Ausbau der Motorpese
8) Laufwerk gemá Ziffer 1 ausbauen.
b) Die Schrauben 1, 2, Fig. 2 sowie 1, 2, Fig. 3 entfernen.
c) Motorchassis abziehen und Motorpese herausnehmen.
Ausbau diverser Antriebsteile
Ist das Gerät gemäß Ziffer 1 und 2 zerlegt, so können nach
Entfernen der entsprechenden Sicherungsscheiben (1—3,
Fig. 4), Steuerzahnrad,
Zwischenantrieb
oder Aufwickel-
antrieb ausgebaut werden.
Ausbau der Andruckrolle
а) Tastenverkleidung abschrauben.
b) Sicherungsscheibe 4, Fig. 5, entfernen und Andruck-
rolleneinheit abziehen.
Ausbau von Ton- und Lóschkopf
а) Tastenverkleidung abschrauben.
b) Befestigungsschrauben
entfernen
und
Ton-
Lóschkopf abnehmen.
Achtung: Nach Austausch des Tonkopfes ist der Azimuth-
winkel neu einzustellen (siehe Seite 5).

Ausbau der Wickelteller
а) Gerät gemäß Ziffer 1 und 2 zerlegen.
b) Kunststoffkappen 1, 2, Fig. 5 abhebeln und Wickeltel-
ler abziehen.
Einstellung des Capstanspiels
Die Lagerschraube 2, Fig. 1, ist so einzustellen, daB das
axiale Spiel der Capstanwelle 0,2—0,3 mm
betrágt. Nach
dem Einstellen mit Sicherungslack festlegen.

Removal of drive mechanism
The drive mechanism has to be removed for repair work.
For that purpose, the appropriate wires have to be iden-
tified
and
unsoldered
(switching
contacts,
P/R
head,
erasure head, magnetic switch, motor).
Remove the drive belt to the counter and the bowden
cable to the board.
Remove the associated attachment screws and lift out the
drive mechanism.
Removal of the drive belt
а) Remove
the
drive
mechanism
in accordance
with
item 1.
b) Remove screws 1, 2, Fig. 2 апа 1, 2, Fig. З.
c) Withdraw the motor chassis and take out the drive belt.
Removal of various drive items
After disassembly of the unit in accordance with nr.1 and
2, the control gear, friction and the wind up drive can
be removed
after taking away the appropriate
retainer
washers 1-3, Fig. 4.
Removal of the rubber pinch roller
а) Unscrew the key covering.
b) Remove retainer washer 4, Fig. 5 and withdraw the rub-
ber pinch roller.
Removal of the P/R- and erasure head
8) Unscrew the key covering.
b) Remove the attachment screws and withdraw the P/R
or erasing head.
Attention:
Readjustment of the azimuth angle is required
after P/R head replacement (see page 5).
Removal of the spindles
b) Slowly lift the plastic caps 1, 2, Fig. 5 and withdraw the
spindles.
Adjustment of the capstan clearance
Bearing bolt 2, Fig. 1, has to be adjusted such that the axial
clearance of the capstan shaft is 0.2—0.3 mm. Secure the
clearance adjustment by means of securing varnish.
