Troubleshooting

In purchasing the DMM, you have acquired a product which has been designed to the state of the art and
is operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
For this reason, the following is a description of how you can eliminate possible malfunctions yourself.
Always follow the safety instructions!
Error
The multimeter
does not work.
No probe current

Possible cause
Is the battery dead?
Batteries in the measuring
adapter CLA40 are empty.
Is a wrong measuring function
activated (AC/DC)?
Did you use the wrong
measuring sockets?
Is the VC265 fuse
defective?
Remedy
Check the status.
Replace batteries.
Check the batteries and replace
them if required.
Check the display (AC/DC)
and switch the function if applicable.
Compare the connection with the
display.
Check the fuses.
