5) The recording replay view is clearly arranged and self-
explanatory. The following table lists the functions most
frequently required:

To save a section of a recording externally:
1. Connect an external disk or a USB flash drive to one
of the two USB ports.
2. Replay the recording and click the symbol at the be-
ginning and at the end of the desired section.
3. With the second click, a window for saving the video
file will appear. Select the video format and click
"Save".
4. Another window will appear; select the storage me-
dium and, if required, a folder and then click "OK". To
close the window, click "Cancel".
To replay video files, install the program "VideoPlayer...
exe" (available on the CD supplied) on a computer.
To mute and unmute the sound;
adjust the volume with the control located to the right of
the symbol
To switch the selected channel (highlighted by a blue
border) to the full-screen mode

To select the range for the time scale:

6) To terminate the replay and to go back to the record search
calendar, double-click with the right mouse button or, using
the left mouse button, click the red
7) To search the calendar for a recording that, for example,
was triggered by motion detection or via an alarm input,
click the symbol
menu (default: "All"). A pop-up menu will appear: Select
the option desired and click "Search" to the right. The
further procedure for selection and replay is identical to
steps 1 to 4 described above.
