Crown g
Position 1 : normal and winding position.
Position 2 : precise time-setting.
Setting the time : instructions
- Wind the watch manually by turning the crown g about 20 times : henceforth, the movement will be
wound automatically by the rotor driven by the wrist's movements.
- With the crown in position 2, move the hours hand A and the minutes hand B (when the hours hand
passes 12 o'clock, the date will jump). Continue moving the hands until the exact time is reached.
- Push the crown g into position 1.
Setting the date
- Using the corrector E located at 2 o'clock, move the retrograde date hand C until the exact date is
obtained.
Setting the moon display
- Using corrector F located at 4 o'clock, move the moon disc until the desired moon phase is dis-
played.
For optimum precision, one press corresponds to ½ a day in the lunar cycle. Press twice to correct
the moon display by one day.
A moon-phase calendar is available on our website at www.maurice-lacroix.com
