Operation

6.1 Basic functions

6.1.1 Switching on / standby,
selecting the operating mode
Press the button POWER to switch on or to go
to the standby mode. In the standby mode, the
display will show the date and the time, but the
display backlight is off.
When the main device into which the mod-
ule has been installed is switched off, the mod-
ule will "remember" its last mode, i. e. if it was
in the standby mode when the main device was
switched off, it will also be in the standby mode
when the main device is switched on again; if,
on the other hand, it was switched on, it will
also be switched on when the main device is
switched on again.
To select the operating mode, press the button
MODE repeatedly until the desired operating
mode is shown on the display.
It is also possible to switch to a different
operating mode via the main menu: The main
menu can be called up in any operating mode:

In each operating mode and in the standby
mode, an icon on the bottom right of the dis-
play will indicate connection to the network

Use the knob CONTROL SELECT to navigate
