• Small sound may be heard from the outdoor unit after turning
ON the power source because the electrical expansion valve
is activated to adjust the opening. Therefore there is no
abnormality of the unit.
• Sound may be heard from the outdoor unit for seconds after
running or stopping the compressor, starting or finishing
the defrosting, etc. It generates because of the pressure
difference inside the piping from the compressor. Therefore,
there is no abnormality of the unit.

6.2 FUNCTION SELECTION

1 Press and hold " " (menu) and "
simultaneously for at least 3 seconds during the normal
mode (when unit is not operated). The test run menu is
displayed then.
2 Select "Function Selection" from the test run menu and press
"OK".
