WARRANTY
The warranty is subject to the respective valid legal guarantee/warranty terms appli-
cable in the country in which the device was purchased.
We cannot assume any warranty for damages or defects resulting from improper use of
the sold product.
In case of a malfunction or defect, please always contact your retailer first. Your retailer
can usually remedy the malfunction or defect directly.
The warranty does not cover the following:
▶ Batteries
▶ Any accessories (such as chargers, etc.)
▶ Wear parts (such as carbon brushes, switches, cables, seals, etc.)
▶ Improper or inadmissible use
▶ Incorrect initial operation by the owner or third parties
▶ Repair or exchange of components
▶ Faults/defects due to improper use, normal wear or lack
▶ Maintenance and care.
▶ Products used for commercial or professional use or rental.
▶ Damage caused by non-observance of the operating instructions.
Your warranty is only valid if:
▶ a purchase receipt (with purchase date) is submitted
▶ the warranty certificate has been completely filled out
▶ no repairs were carried out on the device and/or components exchanged by third
parties
▶ the product was not operated improperly
▶ there is no evidence of force majeure
▶ a description of the defect or malfunction has been provided
The conditions of this warranty are valid in conjunction with our delivery and sales
conditions.
