Special safety directions for the burnishing process:
a. Ensure that there are no loose parts on the burnishing hood, especially
fastening cords. Stow away or shorten the fastening cords.
Loose fastening cords or cords which rotate with the tool can catch your fingers or
get caught in the workpiece.
Special safety directions for working with wire brushes:
a. Please note that the wire brush also loses wires during standard use. Do not
overload the wires by applying too much pressure.
Wire pieces that fly off at the side can very easily penetrate through thin clothing
and/or the skin.
b. If a protective hood is recommended, make sure that the protective hood and
the wire brush cannot come into contact with each other.
The diameter of disk and pot brushes can increase due to the grinding pressure and
centrifugal forces.
