CLEANING AND CARE

Note: Meat residues that are in the head and filler tube can be removed from
inside the appliance by passing a slice of bread through the mincer head.
Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and pull the mains plug out of the
socket.
Press the fasten button and turn the head (7) out in the direction of the arrow.
Remove the food pusher (5) and the hopper plate (6).
• Unscrew the fastening ring and remove all accessories. Do not clean the parts
in the dishwasher!
• Wash all parts that have come into contact with meat in hot soap solution.
Clean them immediately after use.
• Then rinse all parts with clear, hot water. Dry all components immediately
after cleaning. It is recommended to lubricate the cutting blade and the
perforated discs with a little vegetable oil.
