C – removable stand
C1 – central connector
* The control electronics ensures the appliance turns off automatically after the set
temperature or boil of water has been reached.
III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Remove all the packing material and take out the electric kettle with the stand. Remove all
possible adhesion foils, stick-on labels or paper from the appliance. Before the first use, fill
the electric kettle with clean water to the maximum level, turn it on and let the water boil.
Then pour out the water and repeat the procedure several times (at least five times).
APPLICATIONS
Unwind the necessary length of the power cord C2 from the storage space of the stand C.
Place the stand on a suitable surface, in the height of about 85 cm, out of reach of children
and incapacitated persons and plug the fork of the power cord to the electric socket (you
will hear a signal sound and signal light indicators will flash). Hold the kettle A on the handle
A3. Open the lid A4 by pressing the lock button A5. Fill the kettle with drinking water.
Minimum and maximum water level is indicated by the watermark A2. Close the lid by
snapping and position the kettle filled with water onto the removable base C (you will hear
a signal sound and the signal light indicators B3 will flash).
– When heating water, the lid must be closed, otherwise the steam sensor will not be
working.
– In bigger tilting of the electric kettle backwards, particularly when it is filled up to
maximum, water can flow out from the electric kettle in the bottom part of the kettle. This
does not affect safety or other functions and it does not mean any failure of the electric
kettle. In the case of tilting the electric kettle with hot water there is a risk of scalding.
Therefore do not tilt the electric kettle.
– Make sure the sieve and its cover is fit on thorougly in the upper part of the kettle in order
that it does not fall to the bottom!
– Recommendation: When the kettle is not used, do not place it on the stand connected
to the mains. If you are going not to use the kettle for a long time, unplug the power cord
from the wall socket.
A) Water heating to 100°C
Press the button B1 to automatically switch on the kettle to a temperature of 100 °C; the
background colouring of the signal lights A1 will come on. By pressing the button B1
repeatedly, the kettle will switch off. As soon as the required temperature is reached, the
kettle will switch off.
B) Water heating to a temperature of 40-90°C
Press the button B2 repeatedly to set the required temperature from the following options:
40-70-80-90°C; the selected temperature is indicated by the appropriate signal light

required temperature is reached, the kettle will switch off. During the heating process, you
can change the selected temperature by pressing the temperature selection button B2.
