Replacing brake cable
Rollator Nitro
There are 2 methods to change the brake cable at rollator Nitro. For the 1st method you need a 4 mm Allen
wrench as well as a Phillips head screwdriver. Also there is a insulating tape required and about 150 cm long
piece of string or cables (max. diameter = 4 mm). The 2nd method requires a 4 mm Allen wrench as well as
a Phillips head screwdriver and a long, thin long-nosed pliers.

Remove the cable-end sleeve from brake wire.

Remove the brake cable
from the cable adjuster
and spring.

Grasp the handgrip and twist left and right to remove.

Remove the cable from
the cable guides.

Loosen the cable fastener with a 4mm Allen wrench
and remove.

Tape a 5' length of cord to as much or the brake ca-
ble as possible. Do not tape the cord to the cable
housing. Do not make the taped section wider then
the cable housing.

Remove the screw holding the brake handle onto the
handle bar using a Phillips screw driver. Remove the
brake handle.
