To Charge
If the Trimmer is subjected to a major change in temperature, pressure or humidity, let
the trimmer acclimatize for 30 minutes before using.
• Continuously recharging Trimmer will reduce lifespan of battery.
• Be certain Trimmer is OFF (fig. 2).
• The device has a USB charging cable. The device must be charged for 2 hours before
its initial use. When your device is turned off, plug the threaded end of the cable into
your device and attach the other USB end to the power source at the appropriate
voltage (devices such as USB power adapter, computer, etc.). The red LED light will
light up while the device is charging. When the battery is full, the charging indicator
lights up green (after about 2 hours).
• Always plug the USB cable into the Beard Trimmer first and then into the outlet. To
disconnect, turn the device off by pressing the on/off button, then disconnect the
power by removing the cable.

Optimize the working life of the battery

• After the Trimmer has been charged for the first time, do not recharge the Trimmer
between trimming sessions. Continue using it until the battery is completely empty.
• Do not charge for more than 24 hours.
• Do not keep cord permanently plugged in.
• Discharge/run down the battery completely twice a year by letting the motor run until
it stops.
• If the Trimmer hasn't been used for a long period of time, it must be recharged for a
full 8-10 hours.
