CONNECTING THE POWER CABLES

Once all connections are complete, connect the power cable of the DVD player to the AC OUTLET(S) terminal on the
rear of the receiver (or the AC wall outlet if the AC OUTLET(S) terminal is not available), and then plug the power cable
of the receiver into the AC wall outlet.

Use these outlet(s) to supply power to the DVD player or any connected components. Connect the power cable of your
other components to these outlet(s). Power to these outlet(s) is supplied when the receiver is turned on. For information
on the maximum power or the total power consumption of the components that can be connected to these outlet(s), see
"Specifications" on page 67.
