• If the maintenance is not done correctly and
regularly, the risk of injury and damage to the
product increases.
• Use personal protective equipment. Refer to
Personal protective equipment on page 6 .
• Clean the product to remove dangerous material
before you do the maintenance.
• Disconnect the product from the power source
before you do the maintenance.
• Do not change the product. Modifications that are
not approved by the manufacturer can cause serious
injury or death.
• Always use original accessories and spare parts.
Accessories and spare parts that are not approved
To attach the product to the concrete
form
1. Make sure that the surface of the concrete form is
flat, clean and not painted.
2. Make sure that the concrete form is rigid. If the
concrete form is not rigid, it must be made stronger
with a welded plate.
3. Attach the product to the concrete form or to the
welded plate with bolts or brackets. Refer to
attach the product with bolts on page 7 and To
attach the product with brackets on page 7 .
To attach the product with bolts
1. Attach the product directly to the concrete form or to
the mounting plate that is welded onto the concrete
form. Tighten the bolts to the correct torque. Refer to
Tightening torque on page 19 .
CAUTION: Make sure that the bolts are
locking screws and made of high
resistance steel. The bolts must be of
strength class 8.8 or 10.9.
2. Do a check of the tightening torque after the first 30
minutes of operation and then after each 100 hours
of operation.

product regularly.
