Maintenance
Examine the bearings. Replace the
bearings if they are worn or damaged.
Replace the bearings.

To clean the product

CAUTION: Do not use a high-pressure
washer to clean the product.
• Use running water from a hose to clean the product.
• Remove concrete from the surfaces of the product
after each operation before the concrete becomes
hard.
To disassemble the product
Note: This instruction is a general procedure. The
procedure is slightly different between the products.
1. Remove the bolts (A) and the washers (B).

2. Remove the end cover (C).

3. Remove the bolt (D) and the washer (E).

4. Remove the eccentric weights (F).
Note: Make a note of the positions of the eccentric
weights.
5. Remove the screws (G) and the bearing cover (H).

6. Remove the bearing (I).
