Sicherheitshinweise / Important information
1. Maximalen Betriebsdruck nicht überschreiten!
(siehe Technische Daten Seite 16)
ACHTUNG! Wartungsarbeiten nur im drucklosen
Zustand durchführen! (Zulaufleitung absperren, Test-
Taster betätigen, ggfs. Verdichter abschalten.)
2. Nur für den angegebenen Druckbereich zulässiges
Installationsmaterial verwenden!
Zu- und Ablaufleitung fest verrohren.
Kondensataustritt so verlegen, dass keine Personen
oder Gegenstände vom Kondensat getroffen werden
können.
3. Ablaufleitung hinter dem BEKOMAT nicht steigend
verlegen, Leitung nicht absperren!
4. Ablaufleitung vom Leerlastventil mit freiem Austritt
verlegen!
Bei System-Unterdruck darf kein Kondensat in den
Verdichter zurückgesaugt werden können:
Ablaufleitung z.B. in einen groß dimensionierten offenen
Trichter münden lassen. (Seite 7 und 14)
5. Ansaugklappensteuerung des Verdichters anpas-
sen! (siehe Seite 13)
Mehrstufige Verdichter, die im Leerlastbetrieb einen
leichten Unterdruck aufbauen, können über das Leer-
lastventil zusätzlich Luft ansaugen. Diesen Luftstrom
bei der Ansaugklappen-Steuerung berücksichtigen.
6. Elektrische Installation gemäß VDE100 durchführen!
ACHTUNG! Wartungsarbeiten nur im spannungsfreien
Zustand durchführen.
7. Potentialfreien Alarmkontakt nicht für berührbare
Kleinspannungen verwenden.
8. Test-Taster nicht zur Dauerentwässerung nutzen!
9. Beim BEKOMAT LALP ist oberhalb von 5 bar mit
erhöhtem Membranverschleiß zu rechnen!

1. Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure!
(see Technical Data page 16)
WARNING! Maintenance and repair work must only be
carried out when the device is not under pressure (shut
off feed line, press test button, subsequently switch off
compressor).
2. Only use installation material approved for the
relevant pressure range!
Feed and discharge lines must be firmly fixed.
The discharge line must be laid in such a way that
condensate cannot squirt onto persons or objects.
3. Lay discharge line of BEKOMAT with no rising
slope; do not shut off the line!
4. Lay discharge line with an open outlet; do not shut
off the line!
In the event of a partial Vacuum occurring in the system,
it must not be possible for condensate to be sucked
back into the compressor. The discharge line should,
for example, lead into a large open funnel. (Page 7 and
14)
5. Adapt intake valve control of the compressor! (see
page 13)
Multistage compressors that generate a slight Vacuum
during no-load operation, can take in additional air
through the no-load valve. This additional volume of air
must be taken into account for the control of the intake
valves.
6. The electrical installation must be carried out in
compliance with the valid regula-tions!
WARNING! Maintenance and repair work is only allowed
when the device is in a de-energized condition.
7. The potential-free alarm contact must not be used
for accessible extra-low voltages.
8. Do not use the test button for continuous draining!
9. BEKOMAT LALP: In case of working pressure above
5 bar a greater wear of the diaphragm has to be
expected!
