Cleaning and care

Before using for the first time, clean
the gourmet oven dish with a solution of
washing-up liquid and hot water using
a soft brush or a soft sponge.
After using, most residues can be
removed with a solution of washing-up
liquid and hot water and a soft brush.
Soak for a while to remove more
stubborn stains.
To prevent damage to the anti-stick
coating never use abrasive
sponges, scouring agents, abrasive
or agressive cleaning agents such
as grill/oven sprays, stain or rust
removers or sharp utenisls.
The gourmet oven dish may be cleaned
in the dishwasher. In certain
circumstances, marks may appear on
the surface of the dish. They are
harmless, and will not affect its use.

Accessories

A lid for the gourmet oven dish is
available from Miele as an optional
extra.
The lid is heat resistant and can be
used in the oven.
Please be aware that the lid and its
handle will get hot when used in the
oven. Please use oven gloves to avoid
burning yourself.
The lid should be cleaned using a
solution of washing-up liquid and hot
water and a soft cloth. It can also be
washed in the dishwasher.
When ordering a lid, please specify the
gourmet oven dish it is to be used with
(22 or 35 cm deep):

Important:
The HUB 61-35 gourmet oven dish will
not fit in a microwave combi oven with
the lid on as it will be too high.
