8-1-1. Bolt Hole Circle Function

Equidistant holes can be opened along the perimeter of a designated diameter. This function is available for
2-axis and 3-axis models only.
a) Equally-spaced holes along the overall circumference

Parameter input

Press the key so that BOLT flashes, and then press the

Enter the diameter
Make the entry based on the input units (mm (inch)) and minimum input resolution.

Enter the number of holes

Enter the starting angle

Press the key when the ending angle

Execution

Move to the center (start position) of the bolt hole circle, and then press the

The position of the No. 1 hole is displayed.

Move the machine to display "0".

Press key and repeat above procedures up to the number of holes.

After the final hole has been formed, press the
