3. Mount the table extension (8) loosely on the saw table
(2) with a total of three hexagon screws M6×12 (a), three
washers M6 (h) and three nuts M6 (g). To do so, use the
corresponding holes drilled into the saw table (2).
9.1.3 Fitting the table supports (fig. 3, 4)
1. Mount both short table supports (22a) loosely on the right
table width extension (9b) with a total of two hexagon
screws M6×12 (a), two washers M6 (h) and two nuts
M6 (g). Mount the table supports (22a) loosely on the
machine housing with one hexagon screw M6x20 (j) and
M6x42 (c) each and two washers M6 (h), as shown.
2. Mount both medium table supports (22b) loosely on the
left table width extension (9a) with two hexagon screws
M6×12 (a), two washers M6 (h) and two nuts M6 (g).
Mount the table supports (22b) loosely on the machine
housing with one hexagon screw M6x20 (j) and M6x42
(c) each and two washers M6 (h), as shown.
3. Mount both long table supports (22c) loosely on the table
extension (8) with a total of two hexagon screws M6×12
(a), two washers M6 (h) and two nuts M6 (g). Mount the
table supports (22c) loosely on the machine housing with
two hexagon screws M6x30 (b) and two washers M6 (h).
4. Align the table width extensions (9) and the table extension
(8) so that they are level in relation to the saw table (2).
5. Tighten the threaded connections on the table width exten-
sions (9), on the table extension (8) and on the saw table
(2).
6. Leave the threaded connections on the machine housing
loose for the time being.
9.2 Fitting the base frame (fig. 4, 5)
1.
Fasten the front legs (17) on the inside of the machine
housing with four Allen screws M6x20 (d) and four wash-
ers (h) (fig. 4).
2.
Position one long centre strut (23b) respectively between
two legs (17) on the front side (crank wheel 14) and rear
side (extraction port 33) of the circular table saw (see
fig. 5).
3.
Secure the long centre struts (23b) to the legs (17) with a
total of eight coach bolts M6×12 (e), eight washers M6
(h) and eight nuts M6 (g).
4.
Position one short centre strut (23a) respectively between
two legs (17) and secure to the legs (17) with a total of
eight coach bolts M6×12 (e), eight washers M6 (h) and
eight nuts M6 (g).
5.
Push one rubber foot (18) onto each leg (17).
6.
Fit one tilt protection bar (19) respectively on the two legs
(17) on the rear side with a total of four hexagon screws
M6×12 (a), four washers M6 (h) and fours nuts M6 (g).
7.
Carefully turn the saw table (2) over and stand it on its
legs (17) on the floor.
8.
Now tighten all previously established threaded connec-
tions.
9.
Tighten both pre-mounted nuts on the rail joiners (21).

9.3 Riving knife

m WARNING
Danger of injury due to unexpected start-up of the machine
- Pull the mains plug out of the outlet.
You need to remove the table inlay (7) before you can install
and adjust the riving knife.
9.3.1 Removing the table inlay (fig. 6)
1. Set the saw blade (6) to the max. cutting depth, move to
the 0° position and lock in place (see 11.2).
2. Remove the countersunk head screw (7a).
3. Remove the table inlay (7) from the saw table (2).
9.3.2 Installing and adjusting the riving knife
(fig. 6, 7)
1. Loosen the fixing screw (5a).
2. Push the riving knife (5) into the holder.
NOTE: This step can be skipped if the riving knife (5) has al-
ready been installed.
3. Align the riving knife (5) such that
a) the distance between the saw blade (6) and the riving
knife (5) is max. 5 mm (fig. 7) and
b) the saw blade (6) is parallel to the riving knife (5).
5. Tighten the fixing screw (5a) again.
9.3.3 Fitting the table inlay (fig. 6)
1. Pull the table inlay (7) lightly apart.
2. Carefully slide the table inlay (7) over the laser (24) on the
riving knife (5).
3. Place the table inlay (7) in the recess.
4. Tighten the countersunk head screws (7a).
9.4 Inserting batteries of the laser (fig. 8)
To operate the laser (24), you need two 1.5 V AAA / LR03 bat-
teries (included in the scope of delivery). To insert or change
them, proceed as follows:
1. Turn the laser switch (25) to the "0" position.
2. Loosen the screw (26b) on the battery compartment cover
(26a).
3. Fold the battery compartment cover (26a) open to the right
and remove it.
4. Insert the batteries. Ensure correct polarity, as indicated in
the battery compartment (26).
5. Replace the battery compartment cover (26a).
6. Secure the cover with the screw (26b).

9.5 Saw blade guard

9.5.1 Fitting the saw blade guard (fig. 9)
1. Undo the wing nut (4a) of the saw blade guard (4) and
move the coach bolt (4b) in the guide until the thinner part
of the coach bolt (4b) is visible in the opening.
2. Place the saw blade guard (4) onto the riving knife (5)
from above so that the coach bolt (4b) sits in the recess of
the riving knife (5b).
3. Slide the coach bolt (4b) into the guide until the coach bolt
(4b) engages in the opening provided.
4. Turn the wing nut (4a) clockwise to secure the saw blade
guard (4) in the correct position.
5. Ensure that the saw blade guard (4) can move freely.
6. Disassembly takes place in reverse order.
