Beaters
By using beaters, you can prepare light batter
mixture, eggs, egg whites, whipping cream, ma-
yonnaise, puree, creams, sauces and pudding
mixtures.
Kneading hooks
By using dough hooks, you can prepare heavy
yeast dough and pastry dough, such as potato
dough for making potato dumplings and potato
pancakes.
