Using Channel Management

Channel Management allows you to configure settings like
Favourite, Skip, and Channel Lock for each received channel
and change the order of the channel list to suit your prefer-
ence.

Setting Channel Options

The Channel Options function allows you to make a unique
setting for each received TV channel.

Press HOME MENU.

Select "Setup" ( /

Select "Channel Management" ( /
• The password entry screen appears. Enter your 4-digit
password using buttons 0 - 9.

Select "Channel Options" ( /
• The Channel options screen with a list of registered
channels appears.

Select an individual channel ( / ,
select on/off).

After the setting is complete, make sure to complete the
following steps.
1. For channels set for favourites, select "On" (see
below).
2. For channels set for channel lock, enable the
password setting (page 42 in the operating
instructions), then enter your 4-digit password using
buttons 0 - 9.

Enabling Favourite Channels

Make sure to activate this setting after favourite channels are
registered.

• "Child Lock" will appear when Sweden or Finland is
selected for the "Country" setting. Select a desired
setting ( / ).
• "Child Lock" inhibits selected TV programmes from
being tuned and watched.

• With favourite channels registered, you can select
them using P+/P- on the remote control unit.

Enabling Auto Skip

This function lets you skip group of services, such as radio
and text data services.

Select a channel to skip ( / ).
• You can select from among "Off", "Radio", "Data" or
"Both".
• "Auto Skip" function lets you skip "group" of services such
as radio and text data. On the other hand, individual
channel settings set to skip in "Channel Options" screen
will not be affected by this setting.
