Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor dem Betrieb gründlich
durch und heben Sie sie für ein späteres Nachlesen auf.
1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Dieses kurzschlussfeste und überlastgeschützte Netz -
gerät dient zur Versorgung mit 12 V
mit einer Stromaufnahme von max. 600 mA. Zum An -
schluss hat es einen 5,5/2,1-mm-Kleinspannungsstecker
(∅ außen/innen). An der Stromversorgungsbuchse des
anzuschließenden Gerätes muss der Pluspol am Mittel-
kontakt anliegen, gekennzeichnet z. B. durch
2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Gerät entspricht allen erforderlichen Richtlinien der
EU und ist deshalb mit
WARNUNG Das Gerät wird mit lebensgefährlicher
Netzspannung versorgt. Nehmen Sie
deshalb niemals selbst Eingriffe am Gerät
vor. Es besteht die Gefahr eines elektri-
schen Schlages.

Setzen Sie das Gerät nur im Innenbereich ein. Schüt-
zen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser, hoher Luft-
feuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperatur-
bereich 0 – 40 °C).

Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb oder ziehen Sie
es sofort aus der Steckdose, wenn:
1. sichtbare Schäden am Gerät vorhanden sind,
2. nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der Verdacht auf
einen Defekt besteht,
3. Funktionsstörungen auftreten.
Lassen Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall in einer Fach-
werkstatt reparieren.

Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes, wei-
ches Tuch, niemals Chemikalien oder Wasser.

Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, falsch angeschlos-
sen, überlastet oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann
keine Garantie für das Gerät und keine Haftung für
daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschäden
übernommen werden.
Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem Betrieb ge -
nommen werden, übergeben Sie es zur umwelt-
gerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyc-
lingbetrieb.
3 Inbetriebnahme
Das Netzgerät an das zu versorgende Gerät anschließen
und in eine Steckdose (100 – 240 V~, 50 – 60 Hz) stecken.
Die rote Betriebsanzeige leuchtet.
Wird das angeschlossene Gerät längere Zeit nicht
gebraucht, das Netzgerät aus der Steckdose ziehen. Es
verbraucht auch bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät sonst einen
geringen Strom.

Please read these operating instructions carefully prior to
operating the unit and keep them for later reference.
1 Applications
This short-circuit-proof and overload-protected power
supply unit serves for the 12 V supply of small units with
a max. current consumption of 600 mA. For connection it
has a 5.5/2.1 mm low voltage plug (∅ outside/inside).
The positive pole of the power supply jack of the unit to
be connected must be at the centre contact, marked e. g.

2 Safety Notes
The unit corresponds to all required directives of the EU
and is therefore marked with
WARNING The unit is supplied with hazardous mains
voltage. Leave servicing to skilled person-
nel only. Inexpert handling or modification
of the unit may cause an electric shock
hazard.

The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it
against dripping water and splash water, high air
humidity, and heat (admissible ambient temperature
range 0 – 40 °C).

Do not set the unit into operation, or immediately dis-
connect it from the mains socket if
1. there is visible damage to the unit,
2. a defect might have occurred after a drop or similar
accident,
3. malfunctions occur.
The unit must in any case be repaired by skilled per-
sonnel.

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, never use chem-
icals or water.

No guarantee claims for the unit and no liability for any
resulting personal damage or material damage will be
accepted if the unit is used for other purposes than
originally intended, if it is not correctly connected, if it is
overloaded, or not repaired in an expert way.
If the unit is to be put out of operation defini-
tively, take it to a local recycling plant for a dis-
posal which is not harmful to the environment.
3 Operation
Connect the power supply unit to the unit to be supplied
with power and to a socket (100 – 240 V~, 50 – 60 Hz).
The red power indication lights up.
If the unit connected is not used for a longer time, dis-
connect the power supply unit from the socket. It will have
a low power consumption, even if the unit connected is
switched off.
