Klangeigenschaften
Das 2-Wege-Baßreflexsystem mit hervorragenden
HiFi-Lautsprechern der MONACOR-Serie „NUMBER
one" ist auf das hochwertige Keramikgehäuse optimal
abgestimmt. Dadurch wird eine akustisch transpa-
rente, sehr ausgewogene Klangabstrahlung und eine
beeindruckend gute Schallortung erreicht. Die außer-
gewöhnliche Formgebung des Gehäuses ergibt nicht
nur ein interessantes Design, sondern auch folgende
akustische Vorteile:
- Annäherung an die ideale Kugelform für eine nahe-
zu punktförmige Schallabstrahlung
- Keine stehenden Wellen
- Schwingungsfreie Gehäuseflächen,
unterstützt durch die harte Keramik
- Schallabstrahlung beider Lautsprecher phasensyn-
chron
Wichtige Hinweise für den Betrieb
•
Die Lautsprecherboxen entsprechen der EU-Richt-
linie 89/336/EWG für elektromagnetische Verträg-
lichkeit.
•
Die Lautsprecherboxen sind nur zur Verwendung in
Räumen geeignet.
•
Schützen Sie die Boxen vor Feuchtigkeit und Hitze
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0-40 °C).
•
Die maximale Belastung der Lautsprecherboxen
von 50 W Musik/30 W Sinus darf nicht überschritten
werden.
•
Werden die Boxen zweckentfremdet, falsch ange-
schlossen, überlastet oder nicht fachgerecht repa-
riert, kann für eventuelle Schäden keine Haftung
übernommen werden.
•
Für die Reinigung nur ein trockenes Staubtuch ver-
wenden, auf keinen Fall Chemikalien oder Wasser.

Sound Characteristics
The 2-way bass reflex system with excellent HiFi
speakers of the MONACOR series "Number one" per-
fectly matches the high-quality ceramic housing. Thus
an acoustically transparent, very well-balanced sound
radiation and an impressively good sound location is
reached.The exceptional form of the housing does not
only offer an interesting design but also the following
acoustic advantages:
- Approaching the ideal ball form, the sound almost
seems to radiate from one spot
- No standing waves
- Cabinet walls which are free from vibrations, addi-
tionally supported by the hard ceramics
- Sound radiation of both speakers with synchronous
phase
Important Notes for the Operation
•
The speaker systems correspond to the EC direc-
tive 89/336/EEC for electromagnetic compatibility.
•
The speaker systems are only suitable for indoor
use.
•
Protect the speaker systems against humidity and
heat (permissible operating temperature range 0-
40 °C).
•
The max. power rating of the speaker systems of
50 W max./30 W must not be exceeded.

If the speaker systems are used for other purposes
than originally intended, if they are connected in the
wrong way, overloaded or not repaired by author-
ized personnel, no liability can be taken over for
possible damage.
•
Use a dry dust cloth only for cleaning, by no means
chemicals or water.

Information zur Gehäusebeschaffenheit
Das hochwertige Keramikgehäuse ist aus Naturroh-
stoffen hergestellt. Aus diesem Grund sind Farbab-
weichungen und eine ungleichmäßige Oberfäche
unvermeidlich. Diesbezüglich besteht weder ein
Reklamationsanspruch noch ein Umtauschrecht.
Inbetriebnahme
Zum Schutz empfindlicher Oberflächen vor dem Auf-
stellen die beiliegenden Gummifüße unter die Laut-
sprecherboxen kleben.
Beim Anschluß der Boxen an den Verstärker auf
die richtige Polung achten. Die gekennzeichnete Ader
der Lautsprecherleitungen jeweils mit dem Anschuß
„+" verbinden.

Information on the Housing Condition
The high-quality ceramic housing has been manu-
factured from natural raw materials. For this reason
colour deviations and an uneven surface are inevi-
table. There is no right for a claim or change regarding
this matter.
Setting into Operation
To protect sensitive surfaces prior to placing the
speaker cabinets, stick the enclosed rubber feet
underneath the cabinets.
While connecting the speaker systems to the
amplifier watch the correct polarity. Connect the mark-
ed core of the speaker wires with "+" in each case.
