1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten
Die Schwarzweißkameramodule in Subminiaturaus-
führung sind speziell für den Einsatz in Überwa-
chungs- und Alarmanlagen konzipiert und lassen sich
dank ihrer äußerst geringen Abmessungen auch op-
timal als Türspione, Auto-Einparkhilfen oder versteckte
Überwachungskameras verwenden. Die Module sind
betriebsfertig und besitzen einen Standard-Videoaus-
gang. Die Betriebsspannung beträgt 12 V .
Die Modelle TVCCD-30M und TVCCD-32M sind
mit einem fest eingebautem Fixfokus-Objektiv ausge-
stattet, das Modell TVCCD-30MP besitzt ein fest mon-
tiertes Fixfokus-Nadelöhr-Objektiv.
2 Wichtige Hinweise zur Montage
•
Das Modul ist nach der EMV-Richtlinie 89/336/EWG
aufgebaut (EMV = Elektromagnetische Verträglich-
keit). Damit das Modul auch im Betrieb diese Richt-
linie erfüllt, muß es in ein abgeschirmtes Gehäuse
eingesetzt und der Ausgang über eine abgeschirmte
Leitung angeschlossen werden. Wird die EMV-
Richtlinie nicht eingehalten, erlischt die Konformi-
tätserklärung.
•
Schützen Sie das Modul vor Feuchtigkeit und Hitze
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0–40 °C).
•
Die Linsen des Objektivs unbedingt vor Staub und
sonstiger Verschmutzung schützen und auf gar kei-
nen Fall mit den Fingern berühren.
•
Wird das Modul zweckentfremdet, falsch angeschos-
sen oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann für eventu-
elle Schäden keine Haftung übernommen werden.

1 Applications
The black/white camera modules in subminiature ver-
sion have especially been designed for the use in
monitoring and alarm systems. Due to their extremely
small dimensions they can be used in an optimum way
as a door spy, car parking aid or concealed monitoring
camera. The modules are ready for operation and
have a standard video output. The operating voltage is
12 V .
The modules TVCCD-30M and TVCCD-32M are
equipped with a fixed mounted fixfocus lens, the
model TVCCD-30MP has a fixed mounted fixfocus
pin-hole lens.
2 Important Notes for the Mounting
•
The camera module corresponds to the directive for
electromagnetic compatibility 89/336/EEC. To con-
form to this directive also while in operation, the
module must be placed into a shielded housing and
the output must be connected via a shielded cable.
If the EEC directive is not complied with, the declar-
ation of conformity expires.
•
Protect the module against humidity and heat (per-
missible operating temperature range 0–40 °C).
•
The lenses of the lens assembly must be protected
against dust and other impurities and must not be
touched with the fingers in any case.
•
If the module is used for other purposes than orig-
inally intended, if it is connected in the wrong way or
not repaired by authorized skilled personnel, no lia-
bility can be taken over for possible damage.

3 Anschluß des Kameramoduls
Das Modul wird über die 3polige Buchse angeschlos-
sen (siehe Abbildung):
Pin 1: Anschluß für +12 V (roter Anschlußdraht)
Pin 2: Masse für Stromversorgung und Videoausgang
(schwarzer Anschlußdraht)
Pin 3: Videoausgang (weißer Anschlußdraht)
Am einfachsten ist der Anschluß über das MONACOR-
Adapterkabel VAC-40 mit Cinch-Kupplung (Videosi-
gnal) und Kleinspannungskupplung (12 V , Mittelkon-
takt = Pluspol). Das Kabel wird in die 3polige Buchse
des Kameramoduls gesteckt.
3.1 Stromversorgung
Ein elektronisch stabilisiertes 12-V-Netzgerät (z. B.
PS-12CCD oder PS-128A von MONACOR) mit Pin 1
(+12 V) und Pin 2 (Masse) verbinden. Dabei auf die
richtige Polung achten. Die Stromaufnahme beträgt
ca. 110 mA (Modelle TVCCD-30M und TVCCD-30MP)
bzw. ca. 95 mA (Modell TVCCD-32M).
3.2 Videoausgang mit 75-Ω-Kabel
An Pin 3 der Anschlußbuchse die Kabelseele, an Pin 2
die Abschirmung eines 75-Ω-Koaxialkabels anschließen
und dieses mit einem oder mehreren Monitoren verbin-
den. Dabei auf korrekten 75-Ω-Abschluß am Monitor
oder bei Serienschaltung am letzten Monitor achten.
4 Inbetriebnahme
Nach Videoanschluß und Anlegen der 12-V-Versor-
gungsspannung ist das Kameramodul betriebsbereit.
Wenn ein Objekt in ca. 5 m Entfernung nicht scharf
abgebildet wird, muß das Auflagemaß korrigiert wer-
den. Die kleine Schraube am Objektivhalter lösen. Das

The module is connected via the 3-pole jack (see fig.):
Pin 1: connection for +12 V (red wire)
Pin 2: ground for power supply and video output
(black wire)
Pin 3: video output (white wire)
The easiest way of connection is via the MONACOR
adaptor cable VAC-40 with phono inline jack (video
signal) and low voltage jack (12 V , center contact =
positive pole). The cable is plugged into the 3-pole
jack of the camera module.
3.1 Power supply
Connect an electronically regulated 12 V power supply
(e. g. PS-12CCD or PS-128A by MONACOR) with
pin 1 (+12 V) and pin 2 (ground). Watch the correct
polarity. The power consumption is approx. 110 mA
(models TVCCD-30M and TVCCD-30MP) resp.
approx. 95 mA (model TVCCD-32M).
3.2 Video output with 75 Ω cable
Connect to pin 3 of the jack the cable core, to pin 2 the
screen of a 75 Ω coaxial cable and connect this with
one or several monitors. Watch the correct 75 Ω termi-
nation at the monitor or in case of series connection at
the last monitor.
4 Setting into Operation
After video connection and applying of the 12 V supply
voltage the camera module is ready for operation.
If an object is not clearly reproduced at a distance
of approx. 5 m, the mechanical focus setting must be
adjusted. Loosen the small screw at the lens thread
ring. Carefully turn the lens until the picture is clear.
Then tighten the screw again.
