1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Der Infrarot-Scheinwerfer ist speziell für den Einsatz in Video-
Überwachungsanlagen mit infrarottauglichen Kameras kon-
zipiert. Als Lichtquelle werden intensiv strahlende Infrarot-
Leuchtdioden (IR-LEDs) verwendet. Der Scheinwerfer besitzt
ein wetterfestes Gehäuse (IP 66) und ist dadurch auch im
Außenbereich einsetzbar.
2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Der Scheinwerfer entspricht allen erforderlichen Richtlinien
der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.
WARNUNG Der Scheinwerfer strahlt unsichtbares Infrarot-
licht aus. Um Augenschäden zu vermeiden,
nicht mit optischen Geräten (z. B. Fernglas) in
den eingeschalteten Scheinwerfer blicken.
Schützen Sie den Scheinwerfer vor extremen Temperaturen
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich -30 °C bis +40 °C).

Please read these operating instructions carefully prior to
operating the floodlight and keep them for later use.
1 Applications
The infrared floodlight is specially designed for application in
video surveillance systems with cameras suitable for light in
the infrared range. As a light source, extremely bright IR
LEDs are used. The floodlight has a weatherproof housing
(IP 66) and is therefore also suitable for outdoor applications.
2 Safety Notes
This floodlight corresponds to all required directives of the EU
and is therefore marked with .
WARNING The floodlight radiates invisible light in the
infrared range. To prevent eye damage, never
look into the floodlight with optical instruments
(e. g. binoculars) when it is switched on.
Protect the floodlight against extreme temperatures
(admissible ambient temperature range -30 °C to +40 °C).

1 Possibilités d'utilisation
Le projecteur infrarouge est spécialement conçu pour des uti-
lisations dans des installations de surveillance vidéo avec
caméras de surveillance sensibles aux infrarouges. Des LEDs
infrarouges de grande intensité servent de source lumineuse.
Le projecteur possède un boîtier résistant aux intempéries
(IP 66) et peut donc également être installé en extérieur.
2 Conseils d'utilisation et de sécurité
Le projecteur répond à toutes les directives nécessaires de
l'Union Européenne et porte donc le symbole
AVERTISSEMENT Le projecteur émet une lumière infra-
rouge invisible. Pour éviter tout dom-
mage pour les yeux, ne regardez pas
le faisceau lumineux avec des ap-
pareils optiques (par exemple jumel-
les) lorsque le projecteur est allumé.

Das Scheinwerfergehäuse ist wetterfest, jedoch nicht
absolut wasserdicht. Tauchen Sie darum den Scheinwerfer
nicht in Wasser ein.
Wird der Scheinwerfer zweckentfremdet oder nicht richtig
angeschlossen, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultieren-
de Sach- oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für
den Scheinwerfer übernommen werden.
Soll der Scheinwerfer endgültig aus dem Betrieb
genommen werden, übergeben Sie ihn zur um-
weltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyc-
lingbetrieb.
3 Inbetriebnahme
Den Scheinwerfer zunächst nur provisorisch in Betrieb neh-
men, um die Montagestelle für eine optimale Ausleuchtung
festzustellen.
1) Für den Betrieb wird ein stabilisiertes 12-V-Netzgerät
benötigt (zur Dauerbelastbarkeit siehe Stromaufnahme in
den technischen Daten). Bei einem unstabilisierten Netz-
gerät besteht die Gefahr von Überspannung, wodurch die

If the floodlight is to be put out of operation defini-
tively, take it to a local recycling plant for a disposal
which is not harmful to the environment.
3 Setting the Floodlight into Operation
For the time being, only set the floodlight into operation pro-
visionally to determine the mounting location for an optimum
illumination.
1) For operating the floodlight, a regulated 12 V power sup-
ply unit is required (for permanent load see the current
consumption in the specifications). In case of a non-regu-
lated power supply unit, there is a risk of overvoltage
which may damage the LEDs or reduce their service life.

projecteur dans l'eau.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dommages
matériels ou corporels résultants si le projecteur est utilisé
dans un but autre que celui pour lequel il a été conçu ou s'il
n'est pas correctement branché ; en outre, la garantie
deviendrait caduque.
Lorsque le projecteur est définitivement retiré du
service, vous devez le déposer dans une usine de
recyclage de proximité pour contribuer à son élimi-
nation non polluante.

3 Fonctionnement
De manière à déterminer le meilleur lieu de montage pour un
éclairage optimal, nous vous conseillons de considérer, dans
un premier temps, le fonctionnement et l'installation du pro-
jecteur comme provisoire.
1) Une alimentation stabilisée 12 V est nécessaire pour
faire fonctionner le projecteur (pour une charge perma-

wird der Scheinwerfer beschädigt! Bei einer Außenmon-
tage muss der Stromanschluss wettergeschützt werden.
2) Die komplette Überwachungsanlage einschalten. Zum
Feststellen der geeigneten Montagestelle den Scheinwer-
fer so halten, dass der Überwachungsbereich bei Dunkel-
heit optimal ausgeleuchtet wird (Kontrolle über einen
Monitor). Den Scheinwerfer entsprechend an einer Halte-
rung festschrauben. Dazu ist auf der Rückseite ein
6,3-mm-Fotogewinde (

Ist der Scheinwerfer verschmutzt, muss er wie folgt gesäu-
bert werden: Die Kühlrippen mit einer Bürste und ggf. Wasser
reinigen. Die IR-Filterscheibe auf der Frontseite mit einem
weichen, angefeuchtetem Tuch säubern. Niemals scheuern-
de oder chemische Mittel verwenden!

2) Switch on the entire surveillance system. To determine a
suitable mounting location, position the floodlight in such
a way to provide an optimum illumination of the surveil-
lance area in the dark (check via a monitor). Screw the
floodlight to a support accordingly. For this purpose, a

4 Cleaning the Floodlight
In case of impurities, clean the floodlight as follows: Clean the
cooling ribs with a brush and water, if necessary. Clean the IR
filter disk on the front side with a soft, damp cloth. Never use
abrasive detergents or chemicals!

4 Nettoyer le projecteur
En cas de salissures, nettoyez le projecteur comme suit : net-
toyez les ailettes de refroidissement avec une brosse et si
besoin de l'eau. Nettoyez le disque de filtre infrarouge sur la
face avant avec un chiffon doux et légèrement humidifié. En
aucun vous ne devez utiliser de produits chimiques ou abrasifs.
