10 Alarmfunktionen

Einen Alarm signalisiert der Recorder in Abhängig-

keit der Menüeinstellungen und Alarmverursachung
CH durch Ertönen des internen Signalsummers und
Einblendung eines Symbols auf dem Monitor:
blinkt bei einem externen Alarm
blinkt bei einer Videosignalunterbrechung
blinkt beim Ansprechen des Bewegungsdetektors
Der Recorder protokolliert die externen Alarmereig-
nisse sowie alle Videosignalunterbrechungen und
speichert die jeweils letzten 160 Ereignisse dauer-
haft (siehe Kapitel 9.7).

10.1 Externer Alarm

Ein externer Alarm wird durch einen an der Buchse
„EXTERNAL I/O" (31) angeschlossenen Alarmsen-
sor ausgelöst (siehe Kapitel 4.3.1). Während der
Alarmzeit (eingestellt in der Zeile „ALARM DURA-
TION" des Menüs „SYSTEM", Kapitel 9.6):
1. schaltet der Recorder auf Alarmaufnahme, wenn
nicht gerade eine Wiedergabe läuft oder das
Bildschirm-Menü aufgerufen ist
2. wird der betroffene Kamerakanal für die Aufnah-
me und Live-Überwachung häufiger abgetastet
(z. B. Kanal 1-2-1-3-1-4-...-1-16 bei einem Alarm
für Kanal 1 anstatt wie im Normalfall Kanal 1-2-3-
4-...-16), wenn nicht die Einstellung „EVENT" der
Spalte „RECORD" im Menü „CAMERA" verän-
dert wurde (Kap. 9.5)
3. ertönt der interne Signalsummer, wenn er nicht in
der Zeile „INT AUDIBLE ALARM" des Menüs
„SYSTEM" ausgeschaltet wurde
4. schaltet der Recorder auf die Anzeige aller 16
Kamerakanäle um, falls der betroffene Kamera-
kanal nicht auf dem Monitor angezeigt wird
5. blinken für den betroffenen Kamerakanal das
Symbol und die LED der zugehörigen Ziffern-
taste (1), solange das Alarmsignal an der Buchse
„EXTERNAL I/O" anliegt

10 Alarm Functions

The recorder signalizes an alarm depending on the
menu settings and the reason for the alarm by the
sound of the internal signal buzzer and by inserting
a symbol on the monitor:
flashes with an external alarm
flashes in case of a video signal interruption
flashes when the motion detector responds
The recorder lists the external alarm events and all
video signal interruptions and permanently memo-
rizes the last 160 events in each case (see chapter
9.7).

10.1 External alarm

An external alarm is triggered by an alarm sensor
connected to the jack "EXTERNAL I/O" (31) [see
chapter 4.3.1]. During the alarm time (set in the line
"ALARM DURATION" of the menu "SYSTEM",
chapter 9.6):
1. the recorder switches to alarm recording unless
a replay is made or the on-screen menu is called
at this moment
2. the camera channel concerned is scanned more
frequently for the recording and live surveillance,
(e. g. channel 1-2-1-3-1-4-...-1-16 in case of an
alarm for channel 1 instead of channel 1-2-3-4-...-
16 as usual) unless the setting "EVENT" of the
column "RECORD" in the menu "CAMERA" has
been changed (chapter 9.5)
3. the internal signal buzzer sounds if it has not
been switched off in the line "INT AUDIBLE
ALARM" of the menu "SYSTEM"
4. the recorder switches to display all 16 camera
channels if the camera channel concerned is not
displayed on the monitor
5. for the camera channel concerned, the symbol
and the LED of the respective numerical key (1)
flash as long as the alarm signal is present at the
jack "EXTERNAL I/O"

Wurde im Menü „SYSTEM" die Funktion „MES-
SAGE LATCH" eingeschaltet, blinkt das Symbol
auch nach dem Ablauf der Alarmzeit im entspre-
chenden Kanal, bis kein Alarmsignal mehr anliegt.
Für alle Kanäle, an denen keine Kameras ange-
schlossen sind, blinken die Symbole
LEDs der zugehörigen Zifferntasten bei dieser Ein-
stellung ständig.

10.2 Alarm bei Videosignalunterbrechung

Während der Alarmzeit (eingestellt in der Zeile
„ALARM DURATION" des Menüs „SYSTEM", Kapi-
tel 9.6):
1. ertönt der interne Signalsummer, wenn er nicht in
der Zeile „INT AUDIBLE ALARM" des Menüs
„SYSTEM" ausgeschaltet wurde
2. schaltet der Recorder auf die Anzeige aller 16
Kamerakanäle um, falls der betroffene Kamera-
kanal nicht auf dem Monitor angezeigt wird
3. blinken für den betroffenen Kamerakanal das
Symbol
taste (1), bis wieder ein Videosignal anliegt
4. blinken die Symbole
an denen keine Kameras angeschlossen sind
5. schaltet das interne Alarmrelais ein und kann
über die Buchse „EXTERNAL I/O" (31) zusätz-
lich einen Alarmgeber aktivieren (siehe Kap.
4.3.2), wenn das Relais nicht in der Zeile „EXT
AUDIBLE ALARM" des Menüs „SYSTEM" ausge-
schaltet wurde

10.2 Alarm in case of video signal interruption
During the alarm time (set in the line "ALARM
DURATION" of the menu "SYSTEM", chapter 9.6):
1. the internal signal buzzer sounds if it has not
been switched off in the line "INT AUDIBLE
ALARM" of the menu "SYSTEM"
2. the recorder switches to display all 16 camera
channels if the camera channel concerned is not
displayed on the monitor
3. for the camera channel concerned, the symbol
and the LED of the respective numerical key (1)
flash until a video signal is available again
4. for all channels to which no cameras are connect-
ed, the symbols

5. the internal alarm relay switches on and can
additionally activate an alarm device via the jack

10.3 Alarm vom internen Bewegungsdetektor

Wurde der Bewegungsdetektor aktiviert (siehe Kap.
9.5.1) und hat dieser eine Bewegung erkannt, er-
folgt eine Alarmauslösung. Während der Alarmzeit
(eingestellt in der Zeile „ALARM DURATION" des
Menüs „SYSTEM", Kapitel 9.6):
1. schaltet der Recorder auf Alarmaufnahme, wenn
im Menü „RECORD" die Funktion „MOTION
TRIGGER RECORD" auf „ON" geschaltet wurde
(Kap. 9.4) und nicht gerade eine Wiedergabe läuft
oder das Bildschirm-Menü aufgerufen ist
2. wird der betroffene Kamerakanal für die Aufnah-
me und Live-Überwachung häufiger abgetastet
(z. B. Kanal 1-2-1-3-1-4-...-1-16 bei einem Alarm
für Kanal 1 anstatt wie im Normalfall Kanal 1-2-3-
4-...-16), wenn nicht die Einstellung „EVENT" der
Spalte „RECORD" im Menü „CAMERA" verän-
dert wurde (Kap. 9.5)
3. blinkt im zugehörigen Live-Bild das Symbol
4. ertönt der interne Signalsummer, wenn im Menü
„SYSTEM" die Funktion „MOTION" AUDIBLE
ALARM" auf „ON" geschaltet wurde und in der
Menüzeile „INT AUDIBLE" ALARM" der Summer
nicht deaktiviert wurde
5. schaltet das interne Alarmrelais ein und kann
über die Buchse „EXTERNAL I/O" (31) zusätzlich
einen Alarmgeber aktivieren (siehe Kap. 4.3.2),
wenn im Menü „SYSTEM" die Funktion „MOTION
AUDIBLE ALARM" auf „ON" geschaltet wurde
und in der Menüzeile „EXT AUDIBLE ALARM"
das Relais nicht deaktiviert wurde

2. the camera channel concerned is scanned more
frequently for the recording and live surveillance,
(e. g. channel 1-2-1-3-1-4-...-1-16 in case of an
alarm for channel 1 instead of channel 1-2-3-4-...-
16 as usual) unless the setting "EVENT" of the
column "RECORD" in the menu "CAMERA" has

3. the symbol flashes in the corresponding live
picture
4. the internal buzzer sounds if the function "MO-
TION AUDIBLE ALARM" in the menu "SYSTEM"
has been set to "ON" and the buzzer has not
been deactivated in the menu line "INT AUDIBLE
ALARM"
5. the internal alarm relay is switched on and can
additionally activate an alarm device via the jack
"EXTERNAL I/O" (31) [see chapter 4.3.2] if the
function "MOTION AUDIBLE ALARM" in the
menu "SYSTEM" has been set to "ON" and the
relay has not been deactivated in the menu line
"EXT AUDIBLE ALARM"
