Press the
button once to go to the next regenerati-
on phase.
If the water conditioning device is in between two pha-
ses (phase display flashes), pressing the button has
no effect.
10. Power Failure
10.1 Settings
The time has to be reentered after a power failure
☞ Chapter 9.1.
All the control valve settings remain and are restored
once the power supply has been reconnected.
10.2 General Information
If the power is down for a longer period, the water con-
ditioning device should be set to "Bypass"
(☞ Chapter 8.4)
11. Maintenance and Servicing
11.1 Block Salt Level
To be checked frequently (e.g. weekly).

1. Remove the covering cap from the cabinet.
2. Check the level in the cabinet.
3. If the salt level has fallen below 3 cm (lower casing
edge), Refill block salt (☞ Chapter 7.2).
4. Attach the salt lid.
Replace the covering cap on the cabinet.
11.2 Maintenance
According to European and national standards, regular
maintenance measures must be taken. Honeywell pro-
vides suitable maintenance kits.
CAUTION!
Maintenance work should only be carried out be
qualified staff!

CAUTION!
To clean parts made of synthetic material do not
use detergents containing solvents!
Detergents must not be allowed to enter the
environment or the sewerage system!
1. Set the water conditioning device to "Bypass".
2. Remove the covering cap from the cabinet.
3. Remove the salt lid from the cabinet.
4. Check the inner and outer brine tube for contami-
nation and salt deposits.
5. Clean the inner and outer parts with water and a
cloth.
6. Attach the salt lid.
7. Check the inner and outer cabinet for contaminati-
on and salt deposits.
8. Clean the inner and outer parts with water and a
cloth.
9. Replace the covering cap on the cabinet.
10. Set the water conditioning device to "Service".
