Mounting of the cross-bracing: The individual belts of the cross-bracing
can be on the left and on the right looped in front within the lower range of the seat
board. The free-running end with the steel carbine is hung up after the creation of
the belt diagonally at the lower part of the main strap into the attachment points.
Note: With cross-bracing fitted, gives an unrealistic feed back of the glider and
takes you out of the bounds of DHV certification, therefore is not recommended.
6. Towing exercise
The belt system FIREBIRD VIPER is suitable in principle for towing.
Mounting of the towing release:
The DHV examined towing release is fastened by means of screwing shackles to
the main point of suspension (see assembly drawing) of the belt system, or to the
attachment points. Ultimately please consult the towing marshal for preferred
system.

7.Tandem flight

The harness FIREBIRD VIPER is not suitable in principle for tandem flies, except as
passenger harness.
8. Protector
Only the special VIPER protector may be integrated.
