Caution:
Magnetic clamp antennas must be kept away from prod-
ucts which are sensitive to magnetic fields.
The powerful magnetic field of our magnetic clamp can
affect the functioning of sensitive products, such as
pacemakers, mechanical clocks, chip cards, audio/video
cassettes, etc.
INSTALLATION

Important installation notes

• The mounting surface may be inclined 0°- 5°, but no
more than 15°.
• obstacles in the vicinity of the antenna (e.g. roof
racks) can impact the functioning.
• The functioning inside the vehicle (mounting on the
rear shelf or instrument panel) is only partly possible
with regular windows. Metallically coated windows
and finely wired heated windows prevent a recep-
tion.
• Clean the antenna and body surface before attaching
the antenna (dirt, condensation, ice)!
• Route the antenna cable through the door seal without
kinking it (form loops)!
• attach the antenna close to the edge of the vehicle
so that the cable forms the least possible wind resist-
ance!
• if the antenna is being painted, its functioning may
be impaired depending upon the type of paint. We
assume no guarantee with respect to functioning and
surface compatibility!
• Do not bond the antenna on painted surfaces. We
do not assume any guarantee with respect to bond
strength and paint compatibility!
The following points must be observed
for the magnetic mounting:
• Bond the protective film on the underside of the
antenna!
• attach the antenna only to flat sheet steel surfaces!
• The max. bond strength is guaranteed only from
-0 °C to +80 °C!
• Mounting the antenna on roofs with vinyl or artificial
leather coating is not permissible!
Attaching and removing the antenna
To prevent any damage to the paint, we recommend to
tilt the antenna while attaching or removing it.
We do not assume any liability for damages caused by
improper installation or use or by any use other than for
the intended purpose.
Recycling and disposal
Please use the return and collection systems available
to dispose of the product.

Consignes de sécurité
L 'antenne doit être enlevée avant d'entrer dans
la station de lavage.
Déconnectez la borne moins de la batterie
durant les opérations de montage et de raccorde-
ment.
Respectez les consignes de sécurité du constructeur
automobile (airbag, système d'alarme, ordinateur de
bord, antidémarrage).
En perçant des trous, il est nécessaire de faire attention
à ne pas endommager des pièces du véhicule telles que
la batterie, les câbles ou la boîte à fusibles.
Attention :
Les antennes adhésives magnétiques doivent être éloi-
gnées de produits sensibles au champ magnétique.
Le puissant champ magnétique de nos antennes magné-
tiques peut altérer le fonctionnement de produits comme
les stimulateurs cardiaques, les montres mécaniques, les
cartes à puce, les cassettes audio et vidéo etc.
MONTAGE
Remarques importantes concernant le
montage
• La surface de montage peut être inclinée de 0°- 5°,
max. 15°.
• Des obstacles dans la zone de l'antenne (par ex.
galerie) peuvent entraver le fonctionnement.
• Le fonctionnement dans l'habitable du véhicule (mon-
tage sur porte-chapeau ou sur le tableau de bord)
n'est possible qu'avec des vitres normales. Des vitres
métalliques et des vitres chauffantes aux fils fins
entravent la réception.
