Instruction use
1) The model IC Racer has a fixed wheel driven flywheel and should only be used under
professional supervision.
2) Installation – it is important that the IC Racer is correctly assembled and we recommend
that suitably qualified personnel carry out installation and assembly.
3) Handlebar Height adjustment – Undo the release lever (38), slide the handlebar/ stem
up or down to the appropriate height and then retighten the release lever. Make sure it is
securely tightened and that there is no lateral movement of the handlebar.
NOTE: there is a safety line engraved on the handlebar stem. On no account
should the stem ever be raised above this line.
The handlebar is clamped in position by two stem bolts.
(upwards or downwards) of the handlebar by undoing the stem bolts, adjusting the
handlebar position, and then retightening the bolts.
Adjusting the seat height – undo the black spring-loaded adjuster knob (3), which is
located on the frame, by a few turns. By then pulling the adjuster knob, you will release
the seat tower (4). Adjust the seat to the required height and then release the adjuster
knob, There are a series of holes in the seat tower. The knob must securely locate in on of
these holes. Then retighten the adjuster knob.
Adjusting the seat position - the seat position can be adjusted forwards and backwards.
Undo the black knob located directly below the seat tower (4). Pull and undo the knob
and then slide the seat slider (2) to the required position. Then release and retighten the
adjuster knob. Make sure the knob locates securely in one of the holes and then retighten
the knob.
4) Pedals and toe straps- your feet should be securely positioned in the toe clips during
the exercise. Put your foot as far forwards as you can into the toe-clip and then pull the
strap tight.
5) The IC Racer should operate on a level surface with no lateral movement. There are
height adjuster caps located on either side underneath the rear foot. Turn these caps
clockwise or anti-clockwise until the bike is totally stable on the ground.
Maintenance – It may be unsafe when loosen bolt on the parts or noise on the flywheel,

please contact your supplier. Like any other mechanical cycling device, the IC Racer
should be regularly maintained. Ask your supplier for a detailed maintenance program.
