NOTES ON COMMISSIONING THE PRESS
Do not use a lifting device to lift the press out of the box
When assembling, make sure that the air filter at the rear of the press is not damaged
The press or stand must be level in both horizontal axes. Use a spirit level for this.
If the press is uneven, the height can be adjusted at the feet
Read the operating instructions of the press (and compressor) before commissioning
Use your own power supply, Do not use extension cables and multiple plugs
Required inlet pressure: 7.6 - 8.3 bar
Either use blue air hose with US standard thread for compressor connection (made by STAHLS') or the connection nipple supplied to
connect press to EU standard hose coupling.

Tips for low-maintenance operation
observe maximium pressure setting
cover sheet / heating plate protection cover recommended to protect heat platen
quick slip pad protector recommended to protect the rubber mat on the lower platen
replace worn silicone mat
DAILY MAINTENANCE WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT
Check condensation water separator on the press, drain condensation water if necessary
Checking the functions and settings; Dd not continue to work with the device if it is damaged or malfunctions, contact your dealer
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT
Checking the oil level on the compressor
Cleaning of the surfaces and the working area
Wipe protective covers with a damp cloth
MAINTENANCE WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT MONTHLY
Drain condensed water from the pressure regulator on the compressor
Drain condensed water from the compressor tank
Check pneumatic connections, screw fittings and electrical components of the compressed air supply
Clean the compressor from dust and dirt
If the heat platen is dirty, clean it with heating platen cleaner and heat eraser
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT
Oil change on the compre
Inspection of the air filter and the pressure regulator of the compressor relubricate exposed linkage
Check the heat platen for cold spots, check calibration, see operating instructions
