Bitte prüfen, ob diese Anleitung auch dem
BEKOMAT Typ entspricht.
Gefahr !
Druckluft !
Durch Kontakt mit schnell oder schlagartig
entweichender Druckluft oder durch berstende
Anlagenteile besteht Gefahr schwerer Verlet-
zungen oder Tod.
1. Max. Betriebsdruck nicht überschreiten (siehe Typen-
schild) !
ACHTUNG ! Wartungsarbeiten nur im drucklosen Zustand
durchführen !
2. Nur druckfestes Installationsmaterial verwenden!
Zulaufleitung (G½) fest verrohren. Ablaufleitung: kurzer
Druckschlauch an druckfestes Rohr. Verhindern Sie, dass
Personen oder Gegenstände von Kondensat getroffen
werden können.
Gefahr !
Netzspannung !
Durch Kontakt mit Netzspannung führenden
nichtisolierten Teilen besteht Gefahr eines elek-
trischen Schlages mit Verletzung und Tod.
Maßnahmen :
Bei elektrischer Installation alle geltenden Vorschriften
einhalten (VDE 0100) !
Die abgenommene Steuereinheit hat keinen IP-Schutzgrad
mehr !
ACHTUNG! Wartungsarbeiten nur im spannungsfreien Zustand
durchführen! Alle elektrischen Arbeiten dürfen nur von befugtem
Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise
1. Bei Installation und Betrieb sind ebenfalls die geltenden
nationalen Bestimmungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften
einzuhalten.
2. BEKOMAT nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen
einsetzen.
3. Werden am Zulauf konische Verschraubungen verwendet,
übermäßige Anzugskräfte vermeiden.
4. Bei Montage Schlüsselfläche am Zulauf (SW27) zum
Gegenhalten benutzen !
5. Gerät nicht bei Frostgefahr betreiben.
6. BEKOMAT ist nur bei anliegender Spannung funktionstüch-
tig.
7. Test-Taster nicht zur Dauerentwässerung nutzen !
8. Nur Original-Ersatzteile verwenden ! Andernfalls erlischt
die Garantie.
9. Die Service Unit darf nicht zerlegt werden !

Safety information

Please check if these instructions correspond to
the specific BEKOMAT type.
Danger!
Compressed air!
In the case of contact with quickly or suddenly
released compressed air or in the case of bursting
plant components there is a risk of serious injury
or death.
1. Do not exceed max. operating pressure (see type plate) !
NOTE: Maintenance work must only be carried out when
the device is not under pressure !
2. Only use pressureproof installation material !
The feed line (½") must be firmly fixed. Discharge line: short
pressure hose to pressure-proof pipe. Please ensure that
condensate cannot squirt onto persons or objects.
Danger!
Mains voltage!
In the case of contact with uninsulated parts
carrying mains voltage there is a risk of electric
shock including injury or death!
Measures:
The electrical installation must be carried out in compliance
with the valid regulations !
IP protection does no longer apply to the removed control
unit !
NOTE: Maintenance work is only allowed when the device is
in a de-energized condition! Electrical work must always be
performed by a qualified electrician.
Safety rules
1. Installation and operation must also be in compliance
with the valid national regulations and safety rules.
2. Do not use the BEKOMAT device in hazardous areas
(with potentially explosive atmospheres).
3. If conical connectors are used on the inlet side, avoid exces-
sive tightening of the connectors.
4. For locking or holding in position during installation, use
spanner area at inflow point (spanner size 27) !
5. Do not operate the device when there is a danger of
frost.
6. The BEKOMAT condensate drain will only function when
voltage is being applied to the device.
7. Do not use the test button for continuous draining.
8. Only employ original spare parts, otherwise the guarantee
will no longer be valid.
9. The service unit must not be taken apart !
