INSTALLATION, ADJUSTMENT AND
CHECKOUT
IMPORTANT
Be sure the product is suitable for your application,
otherwise consult Honeywell application engineers.
Installer must be a trained experienced service man
Turn off gas supply before starting installation.
Disconnect power supply to prevent electrical shock
and/or equipment damage.
Do not turn sealed adjustment screw, the switch point
is factory set.
Adjustments should be made by qualified persons
only.
Mounting limitations
VK41../VK81.. gas controls provided with gas pressure

switch gives limitations in mounting position of
valve/venturi system.
VK41../VK81.. gas controls with venturi system should

be provided with gas pressure switch according fig. 5.

Mounting (See fig. 6., 7. and 8.)
Remove pressure tap screw from the inlet pressure tap
nipple of the gas control. (if applicable).
Position the gas pressure switch over the inlet pressure tap
nipple of the gas control.
For VK41../VK81.. gas controls hook--up the gas pressure
switch behind metal frame of coil assembly.
Put the connection screw with "O"--ring into the inlet
pressure tap nipple.
Tighten with a 9 mm box--spanner the connection screw
with a torque of 3 Nm.
When inlet pressure tap screw (on top of connection
screw) has been used, retighten the screw
finger tight.
CAUTION
Do not turn connection screw more tight then specified
above because of possible damage.
