As shown in Figure 1, please insert the portable hard drive into the interface. You can
hear the click when the hard drive is inserted completely, indicating the hard drive is
mounted.
The hard drive can be pulled out in the direction as shown in Figure 2.
Note: While connecting the hard drive with K4, please do not use it when the adapter
is connected, because this may damage the interface in K4.
2. Connect it with PC
When connecting Lenovo portable hard drive with PC USB interface using the USB
transmission line contained, the system will prompt "New hardware found", and will
install and update the driver automatically. When it is installed for the first time, it
will take about one minute to complete this process depending on the computer
configuration. The recognition time after the first use will be shorter. After the system
installs the driver automatically, the disk symbol of new disk will appear in "My
Computer", and a plug-and-play device icon will appear in the system tray. (See the
