10. Troubleshooting

Before troubleshooting, the product must be turned off and the rechargeable battery removed.
Problem
Line guide does not
work.
Grass trimmer
suddenly turns off.
Grass trimmer
cannot be turned on.

11. Care and cleaning

Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may damage the
housing or stop the product from functioning properly.
• Turn off the grass trimmer and remove the rechargeable battery before cleaning.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• Never submerge the product in water.
• Remove dirt, grass residues, etc. from the cutting area and from the vents on the trimmer head.
Possible cause
• Trimmer line is used up.
• Trimmer line is jammed or torn.
• Line is thermally welded/glued due
to overheating.
• Rechargeable battery is overheated.
• Rechargeable battery is empty.
• Rechargeable battery is empty.
• Rechargeable battery is defective.
Troubleshooting
• Insert new line spool.
• Try removing the blockage (loosen the
line). Remove the spool and reinsert it.
• Remove the adhesive, loosen the line, take
out the spool and reinsert it.
• Allow the rechargeable battery to cool down.
• Charging the battery pack.
• Charging the battery pack.
• Use a new rechargeable battery.
